1. Appointments & Cancellations
  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee or require a deposit for future bookings.
  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or adjust your service.
2. Deposits & Payments
  • A deposit may be required for select services or group bookings.
  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if rescheduled within the notice period.
  • Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
3. Pricing & Services
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. We will always inform you of any price adjustments before your service.
  • Service times may vary based on individual needs.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee & Adjustments
  • If you’re not completely satisfied with your service, please let us know within 7 days so we can make it right.
  • Complimentary adjustments may be offered at our discretion but do not include full refunds.
5. Gift Cards
  • Gift cards are valid for [insert timeframe, e.g., 12 months] from the date of purchase.
  • They cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
6. Health & Safety

  • Gilt Hair is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings during your visit.
8. Dispute Resolution
